The problem
Exam results were compiled by hand across four exams per term. Marks had to be weighted and totalled manually before a marksheet could be issued — slow, and one arithmetic slip meant redoing a student's sheet by hand.
What we built
A student records and exam system where office staff enter marks once per exam. The system applies the school's weighting rules and generates the final marksheet automatically — one flow from marks entry to a printable result.
The outcome
What used to be tallied by hand is now one automatic calculation — marksheets ready in minutes instead of days.
